• Indicatie: bipolaire stoornissen: acuut + profylaxe

•  Oa. Effect op Natrium-pomp, Effect op NOR en DOPA (niet: serotonine)
• Bij gebruik:
•  Noodzaak aan spiegelcontrole wegens nauw therapeutisch spectrum.
• Bijwerkingen:
•  Tremor
•  Diabetes Insipidus (Niertubuli)
