Integration of pre- and perinatal
psychology in (mental) health care
1-2 november 2014 in Maastricht
Op 1-2 november 2014 vindt in Maastricht
het ISPPM congres plaats met de titel:
Pregnancy and Birth shape life
Het ISPPM zet zich in om de
pre- en perinatale psychologie
een prominente plek in de gezondheidszorg te geven.
De huidige stand van zaken rondom
hersenonderzoek en onderzoek van
invloeden van zwangerschap op de
(ongeboren) baby, vraagt om ook naar
de psychologische en emotionele gevolgen van geboorte en zwangerschap
te kijken. Bovenstaande kan consequenties hebben voor lichamelijke aspecten, gedrag en emotioneel welzijn.
Wanneer we erkennen dat trauma’s
pre- en perinataal kunnen ontstaan en
geheeld kunnen worden, kan dit van
grote invloed zijn op de visie van de
(psychische) gezondheidszorg.
Een aantal (baby)therapeuten, zwan-
gerschap- en gezinsbegeleiders uit
België en Nederland zijn dan ook verheugd namens de ISPPM Duitsland dit
congres in Nederland te organiseren.
Door op dit congres middels lezingen
en workshops informatie aan te
reiken, hopen we op erkenning en integratie binnen diverse disciplines.
Nationale en internationale sprekers
die uitgenodigd zijn zullen verschillende aspecten uit pre- en perinatale
thema’s aan bod laten komen.
Lezingen zijn in het Engels, workshops
in Engels of Duits.
Dit congres is bedoeld voor iedereen
die professioneel of persoonlijk geïnteresseerd is in pre- en perinatale
psychologie.
