B’Rock Orchestra werd opgericht in 2005 en behoort inmiddels tot de belangrijkste
barokorkesten in Europa. Met een gemiddeld aantal concerten van 50 per jaar, waaronder
ook opera, muziektheater en dans, is B’Rock actief op vrijwel alle belangrijke podia in
binnen- en buitenland. Zo zijn er de komende jaren tournees gepland in Azië, Rusland en de
Verenigde Staten. B’Rock is een uiterst dynamische en veeltalige muziekorganisatie die met
open en kritische blik naar de wereld van de klassieke muziek kijkt. Om de verdere
ontwikkeling te ondersteunen, is B’Rock Orchestra op zoek naar een bijkomende
halftijdse productieleider (M/V/X).
Als productieleider zorg je voor de praktische vertaalslag van de artistieke plannen naar
productionele werkzaamheden op en rond het podium. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch
team van drie deeltijdse productieleiders, die elk instaan voor een deel van de
voorbereidende werking en de productiebegeleiding tijdens concerten en producties. In nauw
overleg met de artistieke en zakelijke leiding van het orkest zorg je voor de ideale
repetitieomstandigheden en draag je bij aan de topprestaties van onze musici door hiervoor
de juiste condities te creëren. Je bent een generalist die niet bang is van een breed
takenpakket, waarbinnen flexibiliteit en zin voor initiatief noodzakelijk zijn.
We zoeken een productieleider die verantwoordelijk is voor de reis-, hotel- en
transportplanning van alle B’Rock-producties. Daarnaast sta je in voor het
tourmanagement, de orkestregie en de logistieke ondersteuning van een aantal
producties. Wanneer nodig spring je bij als chauffeur voor transport van instrumenten.
Als productieleider hou je rekening met de beschikbare tijd en het afgesproken budget. Je
anticipeert op wijzigende situaties, mogelijke problemen en knelpunten en neemt gepaste
acties. Je hebt oog en oor voor de noden van een orkest en zijn uitvoerders. Je bent (voor de
toegewezen producties) het bruggenhoofd tussen de algemene en artistieke directie en de
dirigent, solisten en/of musici.
Functie:
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de reis-, hotel- en transportplanning van alle producties
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tourmanagement van een aantal producties (wordt
verdeeld aan het begin van elk seizoen)
• Je bent aanwezig bij een aantal repetities en concerten
• Je verzorgt de orkestregie van een aantal producties
• Je onderhoudt contact over de planning en de techniek met de zalen en festivals
• Je zorgt na afloop van de concerten of tournees voor de financiële opvolging
Profiel:
• Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
• Je kent muziek en kan vlot noten lezen
• Je hebt werkervaring in de klassieke muzieksector

Je krijgt een halftijds contract van onbepaalde duur op basis van de CAO muziek, woon-werk

musicale extrêmement dynamique et polyglotte qui jette un regard ouvert et critique sur
l’univers de la musique classique. Pour soutenir son développement, B’Rock est à la
recherche d’un chargé de production supplémentaire à mi-temps (H/F/X).
En tant que chargé de production, vous êtes en charge de la réalisation pratique des projets
artistiques sur et autour du podium. Vous faites partie d’une équipe dynamique composée de
trois chargés de production à temps partiel qui sont chacun responsable d’une partie du
travail préparatoire et de l’accompagnement des concerts et productions. Vous contribuez
aux hautes performances de nos musiciens en créant, en consultation étroite avec la
direction artistique et l’administrateur de l’orchestre, les conditions de répétition idéales. Vous
êtes un généraliste qui n’est pas repoussé par la réalisation de tâches très diversifiées pour
lesquelles flexibilité et esprit d’initiative sont indispensables.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un chargé de production responsable de l’organisation
des voyages, hébergements et transports de toutes les productions de B’Rock. Par
ailleurs, vous êtes responsables de la gestion des tournées, de la régie d’orchestre et
offrez un soutien logistique pour une partie des productions. Au besoin, vous vous
chargez du transport des instruments vous-mêmes.
En tant que chargé de production, vous tenez compte du temps et des moyens financiers
disponibles. Vous anticipez des changements et problèmes éventuels, identifiez les points
sensibles et agissez en fonction de ceux-ci. Vous avez un certain feeling avec les besoins de
l’orchestre et de l’équipe artistique. Pour les productions qui vous sont assignées, vous
établissez le lien entre la direction artistique et générale de l’orchestre d’une part, et les
musiciens, chef d’orchestres et/ou solistes d’autre part.

Orchestra is on the lookout for an additional part-time production leader (M/F/X).
As a production leader, you are in charge of the practical translation of the artistic plans into
production activities on and around the stage. You work within a dynamic team of three parttime production leaders, who are each responsible for a part of the preparatory activities and
the production support during concerts and productions. In close consultation with the artistic
and business leadership of the orchestra, you guarantee ideal rehearsing circumstances. By
creating the right conditions, you contribute to the excellence of our musicians. You are a
generalist who is not afraid of a broad variety of responsibilities. Flexibility and showing
initiative are essential.
We are looking for a production leader who is responsible for the travel, hotel and
transport planning of all the B’Rock productions. Next to that, you are responsible for the
tour management, orchestra management and logistic support of a number of
productions. If needed, you work as a chauffeur for the transportation of instruments.
As a production leader, you take into account the time available and the budget agreed upon.
You anticipate changing situations, possible problems and difficulties and take appropriate
action. You listen to the needs of the orchestra and its performers. For the productions
appointed to you, you act as a bridge builder between the general and artistic direction on the
one hand and the conductor, soloists and/or musicians on the other.
Function:
• You are responsible for the travel, hotel and transport planning of all our productions
• You are responsible for the tour management of a number of productions (distributed
at the beginning of each season)
• You are present for a number of repetitions and concerts
• You are in charge of the orchestra management for a number of productions
• You keep in touch with venues and festivals for agreements on planning and
technical support
• At the end of a concert or tour, you follow up on the finances
Profile:
• You have experience in a similar function
• You are familiar with music and can read music fluently
• You have relevant experience in the sector of Classical music
