EENHEID IN VERSCHEIDENHEID – ‘Walk of Hope’
(ONENESS IN DIVERSITY)

Beste mensen,
Op dinsdag 28 maart is er een speciale bijeenkomst in Theater De Vaillant rond het thema
‘EENHEID IN VERSCHEIDENHEID’ (‘ONENESS IN DIVERSITY’). Dit is een boodschap voor
harmonie, geweldloosheid, en interreligieuze en interculturele vrede en samenleving.
Deze bijeenkomst*) wordt gezamenlijk georganiseerd door MOC Schilderswijk, de WALK OF
HOPE en Theater De Vaillant.
De avond begint met een gratis maaltijd, gevolgd door een muzikaal programma. Daarna zijn
er gesprekken en zal de avond eindigen met een debat.
Gastsprekers zijn:
 Sri M, Organisator WALK OF HOPE, sociaal hervormer, vredesactivist en spiritueel leider;
 Sheikh Mahmood Khan, vertegenwoordiger van de Sheikh Maheboob Khan Stichting;
 Dr. Ad Van der Helm, voorzitter van de Haagse Gemeenschap van Kerken;
 Sheikh Khaled Bentounes, oprichter van de International Sufi Association Alawiya (AISANGO).
U bent van harte welkom om deel te nemen aan deze bijeenkomst.

*) Deze bijeenkomst maakt deel uit van de Walk of Hope, waarin op 30 maart 2017, bijna duizend studenten
zullen lopen door Den Haag. Deze tocht en de bijeenkomst in theater De Vaillant heeft tot doel de boodschap
van ‘eenheid van de mensheid’ over te brengen. Dit is een boodschap voor harmonie, geweldloosheid, en
interreligieuze en interculturele vrede en samenleving.

Dear All,
You are cordially invited to a special gathering which will take place at theatre De Vaillant
around the theme ’ONENESS IN DIVERSITY’ on Tuesday 28 March. The meeting aims at
spreading the message of non-violence, interfaith and inter-cultural peace and harmony.
The meeting1 is jointly organized by MOC Schilderswijk, The Walk of Hope and Theatre De
Vaillant.
The evening starts with a free dinner, followed by musical performances, talks and will
conclude with a debate. Guest speakers are:
 Sri M, initiator of the Walk of Hope, social reformer, peace activist and spiritual leader;
 Sheikh Mahmood Khan, representative of the Sheikh Maheboob Khan Foundation;
 Dr. Ad Van der Helm, chairman The Hague Community of Churches;
 Sheikh Khaled Bentounes, founder of the International Sufi Association Alawiya (AISANGO).

the Oneness of Humanity in the City of The Hague. The walk and the meeting in theatre De Vaillant aim at
spreading the message of non-violence, interfaith and inter-cultural peace and harmony.
