Naast het volledig ingevuld aanvraagformulier, ondertekend door de producent én de
distributeur, dienen volgende VERPLICHTE BIJLAGEN te worden aangeleverd
Attached to the completed application form, signed by both the producer and the distributor, MUST be the
following ANNEXES
1. Een ondertekende verklaring van de producent van de film (of zijn agent) dat aan alle
financiële verplichtingen werd voldaan door de aanvrager/distributeur
A signed statement from the film producer or sales agent that all financial obligations were met by the
applicant/distributor
2. Een afschrift van het definitieve verkoopscontract voor het respectieve territorium,
voorzien van alle handtekeningen
A copy of the final sales contract for the respective territory, provided with all signatures
3. Een door de distributeur opgesteld budget en financieel plan gerelateerd aan de release
van de film
A budget and financial plan related to the release of the film, created by the distributor
4. Een door de distributeur opgesteld bindend distributieplan, waarin duidelijk de
doelgroep en de strategie worden gedefinieerd en waarin duidelijk wordt aangegeven
wanneer, waar en op hoeveel prints de film wordt uitgebracht en voor welke extra
distributiekosten steun wordt gevraagd.
Als regel geldt dat alleen extra
distributiekosten bovenop de reeds door de distributeur geplande basisrelease voor
ondersteuning in aanmerking komen.
A binding distribution plan, developed by the distributor, with a clearly defined target group and strategy,
indicating in particular when, where and with how many prints the film is to be released, and for which
additional distributon costs support is needed. As a rule, only additional distribution costs which exceed
the basic release already planned by the foreign distributor, will be supported.
5. Een schriftelijke verklaring waarin de distributeur zich engageert tot het leveren van alle
in het reglement VAF/Filmfonds opgesomde ‘deliverables’ (hoofdstuk XVII, punten 13,
14, 15 en 16)
A written statement in which the distributor agrees to supply all the deliverables mentioned in the rules
and regulations of VAF/Filmfonds (chapter XVII, points 13, 14, 15 and 16)
6. Een schriftelijke verklaring waarin de distributeur bevestigt geen distributiesteun te
hebben ontvangen van een ander overheid, bvb het Media Programma van de EU
A written statement in which the distributor confirms not to have received any distribution support from
another public authority such as The Media Programme of the EU
7. Een schriftelijke verklaring waarin de producent aan het VAF/Filmfonds de opdracht
geeft om, ingeval er steun wordt toegekend, het bedrag rechtstreeks over te schrijven
op de bankrekening van de begunstigde distributeur
A written statement in which the producer instructs VAF/Film Fund, in case support is granted, to transfer
the amount directly to the bank account of the beneficiary distributor
Hiermee verklaart de producent van het project dat hij beantwoordt aan de definitie van
onafhankelijk producent, zoals bepaald in het reglement van het VAF/Filmfonds:
Conform artikel 2, 49° van het Vlaams decreet betreffende radio-omroep en televisie,
wordt de onafhankelijke producent gedefinieerd als volgt: de producent a) waarvan de
rechtspersoonlijkheid onderscheiden is van die van een omroeporganisatie; b) die
rechtstreeks noch onrechtstreeks over meer dan 15 percent van het kapitaal van een
Vlaamse omroeporganisatie beschikt; c) waarvan het kapitaal voor niet meer dan 15
percent in handen is van een vennootschap die rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks meer dan
15 percent van het kapitaal van een Vlaamse omroeporganisatie bezit.

Hierbij verklaren de producent en de distributeur het van kracht zijnde reglement van het
VAF/Filmfonds (zie www.vaf.be > ALGEMENE INFO > REGLEMENTEN) grondig te hebben
doorgenomen en zich akkoord te verklaren met alle bepalingen van dit reglement.
Hereby the producer and the distributor confirm to have read the valid rules and regulations of VAF/Film Fund
(www.vaf.be > ALGEMENE INFO > REGLEMENTEN) and to agree to all terms of these rules and regulations.
Hiermee verklaren de producent en de distributeur dat de digitale versie van het dossier dat
bij deze aanvraag is gevoegd, volledig overeenstemt met en conform is aan het papieren
exemplaar, en geen afwijkende of daarmee tegenstrijdige informatie bevat.
Hereby the producer and the distributor confirm that the digital version of the application file completely
corresponds with and is fully conform to the print version of the application file, and that it contains no different or
contradictory information.
