After-sales Services: 1.When the production of the machines and equipments listed above are finished, the Buyer shall come with his qualified personnel to inspect and test all the machines at the Seller’ s factory. Plastic caps produced from the machines shall be checked against the standard cap sample given by the Buyer. 2.The Seller shall train the qualified personnel to the operation, service and maintenance procedures of all machines and equipments. When the inspection, tests and training are completed, the Buyer should ship all machines by ocean freight within 14 days. 3.Upon arrival of the machines at the Buyer’s factory, the Seller shall send an engineer to install and test all machines until qualified caps are produced. Engineer service is free in one week and the buyer should finishthe installation, maintenance and training in one week. If overtake one week, the Buyer should pay US$100 per day to the Seller for every calendar day until all things are finished. 4.The Buyer shall be liable for all the expenses of air-tickets, food and housing of the Seller’s engineer, and a qualified translator shall be engineer during the trip. made to the Seller’s
