Servicecontracten
U rekent erop dat uw betaaloplossing continu beschikbaar is en voorzien is van de meest recente en veilige toepassingen. Dat kan met een servicecontract van CCV. CCV garandeert u een snelle respons bij een mogelijk technisch probleem, zowel via de telefoon als ter plaatse. Onze deskundige medewerkers helpen u via de telefoon met alle vragen en
problemen betreffende uw betaaloplossing. Indien wij het probleem niet via de telefoon kunnen oplossen, dan komt een servicemonteur bij u langs. Wij staan7/7dagen voor u
klaar, van ma-za van 8u30-22u en zon- en feestdagen van 9u-15u. Allemaal reden om voor een Service Plus contract te kiezen. Bij huur is het Service Plus contract steeds inbegrepen.

€ 16,5 euro per maand , wordt vooraf gefactureerd
Uiteraard staat CCV ook 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week voor u klaar indien u
geen servicecontract heeft. In dat geval gelden de volgende tarieven:

• Het telefonisch melden van storingen, 7/7 dagen van ma-za van 8u30-22u
en zon- en feestdagen van 9u-15u.
Service Center
€ 19,95 per telefoongesprek op de volgende dagen en tijden:
• Maandag t/m zaterdag tussen 08.30 en 22.00 uur
• Zondag en feestdagen tussen 09.00 en 15.00 uur
Service ter plaatse*
• Kosteloos , 7/7dagen van ma-za van 8u30-22u en zondag van 9u-15u ook op feestdagen
• Responstijden (afhankelijk van uw openingstijden):
- binnen de 24u na oproep.
