Dokumenty polskie oraz tlumaczenia potrzebne do Belgii nalezy

Overeenkomstig de omzendbrief van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken
te Warschau nr. DKP-313-79-04 van 11/08/2005 worden vanaf 14/08/2005 de
officiële Poolse documenten van ‘apostille’ voorzien en niet meer van de
echtverklaring van het Ministerie en vervolgens van de Ambassade. De
bevoegde autoriteit voor de afgifte van ‘apostille’ is het Pools Ministerie van
Buitenlandse Zaken in Warschau. Fiscale rechten bedragen 60PLN.
Conformément à la note du Ministère des Affaires étrangères à Varsovie n°
DKP-313-79-04 du 11.08.2005, à partir du 14/08/2005 une « apostille » est
collée sur les documents officiels polonais en remplacement de la légalisation
des documents par ce Ministère et ensuite par l’Ambassade.
L’organe
officiel autorisé à délivrer les « apostilles » est le Ministère des Affaires
étrangères à Varsovie.
Le coût d’une apostille s’élève à 60 zl. (timbres fiscaux)
With reference to the letter nr DKP-313-79-04 dated 11.08.2005 of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw, an “apostille” will be issued, from
14.08.2005 on, on all official Polish documents. This apostille replaces the
legalization of documents by the Ministry and Embassy. The authority in
charge of issuing the “apostille” is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw.
The cost of an apostille is 60 PLN (fiscal stamp).
Zgodnie z nota okolna Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych w Warszawie nr
DKP-313-79-04 z dnia 11.08.2005 r. od 14/08/2005 obowiazuje “apostille” na
oficjalnych dokumentach polskich zamiast legalizacji dokumentow przez
Ministerstwo i przez Ambasade. Urzedem uprawnionym do wydawania
« apostille »jest Ministerstwo Spraw Zagranicznych w Warszawie. Oplata
skarbowa wynosi 60 zl.
