Wegener to sell Belgian direct mail unit

Wegener DM België, the Belgian direct marketing subsidiary of Royal Wegener NV, the
Dutch-based media and marketing group, has reached agreement on the sale of Direct
Production SA, based in Brussels. This unit of the Belgian DM operation is active in the
field of coordinating and outsourcing of mailings via direct mail.
The purchaser is Michel Bruyr, director of the company, which has six employees.
The transaction reflects the strategic emphasis of Wegener DM to concentrate its
activities on data and database services related to direct marketing. With the sale,
Wegener DM België will have achieved its goals with regard to this focus of its activities.
