Besluit
▶
Een continu infuus van vasopressine of terlipressine tijdens
levertransplantatie kan de hemodynamische stabiliteit verbeteren en
resulteert in een daling van de portale veneuze druk en flow met
behoud van de hepatosplanchnische perfusie
