A bright straw-yellow color with greenishtints.
With a great elegance, this wine displays fresh
fruit notes with subtle tones of passion fruit
intermingling with notes of green chili, tomato
leaf and fresh-cut herbs that give it a great
typicity.
The palate is crisp and minerally, with citrus and
herbal notes. A very elegant and balanced
wine with a small portion barrel-fermented to
lend a slight creaminess that complements the
vibrant acidity of this Sauvignon Blanc.
A light yellow color with greenish tints, our
Chardonnay Wild Ferment 2010 has an
expressive nose with subtle notes of toast from
the barrel aging combined with mineral tones
and expressive tropical fruit aromas.
The palate features a lively acidity that
balances the wine’s creamy extravagant
texture from the malolactic fermentation, and
a prolonged and persistent finish.

Violet-red in color, our 2009 Estate Sangiovese
shows in the nose a complex blend of aromas
such as dried stone fruits mingle with a fresh
fruit profile of cherries and figs.
The palate is lush and opulent, with a
beautifully lively attack and a backbone of firm
tannins that lend vibrancy and volume on the
palate and balance nicely with the bright
acidity.
Dark and deep red. Rich and deftly balanced
yet muscular red, with layers of complex
currant, spice, wild berry and plum. Show off a
nice touch of vanilla oak and mocha, adding
a nice dimension. Though tannic now, this wine
should evolve. There’s already some
complexity beginning to develop out of its firm,
quiet, supple core.

This Reserva Carménère is cherry-red in colour
with hints of garnet. Intense aromas of very ripe
blueberries, black and red currants,
strawberries and cherries harmonize perfectly
with touches of cocoa, tobacco and elegant
oak. The palate is rich and well-balanced, with
lush, generous tannins that highlight the clean
finish.
In this Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva, you
find a very complex wine, a good marriage
between the fruit and the oak. It has fresh red
berries, black berries, smoke and toasted
aromas. In mouth you find a juicy sensation,
cherry and chocolate notes in combination
with toasted oak. This wine has strong structure,
full body style and smooth tannins with a long
permanence in mouth.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18º C, paired with
soft cheeses, cream-based dishes, pasta, as

Deep and intense ruby red, La Cumbre 2006
offers a concentrated and complex nose with
notes of black fruits, such as blueberries and
blackberries that are elegantly complemented
by meaty aromas and sweet spices such as
nutmeg and cloves against a floral backdrop.
The palate stands up to the expansive nose
with firm, mouthfilling tannins that provides
structure, along with bright acidity that lends
freshness to this wine. A touch of sweetness
from the oak and black fruit extends onto the
long and luxuriously soft finish.
Weer eens een keer zo'n mooie complexe
'Bordeaux-neus'. Fris, best wel 'jammy' ook,
kersen, pruimen. Zacht in de mond, klein zoetje,
lage tannines, 2 uit 5. Mooie zuurgraad, geen
logheid ondanks het hoge alcoholpercentage.
De houtopvoeding is mooi in de wijn
geïntegreerd. Beetje groene paprika, klein
bittertje, duidelijk tonen van de cabernet
sauvignon, het pepertje van de syrah, beetje
potloodschaafsel van de cabernet franc. Veel
zondoorstoofd fruit aanwezig, pruim
voornamelijk. Tonen van koffie, cacao, leer. Erg
mooie smaken met een hele hoge
concentratie. Weer eens een plezier om door
te slikken en te genieten van de megalange
afdronk.
